Problem identified: restaurants were struggling paying high commissions to aggregators like Zomato for orders. Customers were getting too many options, and not being rewarded for their repeat orders.

Introducing MunchMenus – the platform for restaurants to earn more, save more, and finally reward their loyal customers. Within 1 hour, MunchMenus could activate a restaurant’s online ordering page on web, mobile and Facebook. With multi-branch functionality and easy editing capabilities, restaurants could manage their orders on the go.

Social Media Agencies were given strict KPIs to increase social media orders, in turn capturing loyal repeat customers from the aggregators. MunchMenus was built in parallel with 2 restaurant chains, ensuring every feature that was implemented had impact and contributed to either increasing orders, or rewarding loyalty with discounts.
